  I'm a professional fighter and I've been a 3 sport athlete for over 20 years. Not only do I take a beating in training for fights, the years of being a competitive athlete for 3 different sports has added up on my body. Between training for muay thai, running, and doing strength & conditioning, I end up working out close to 4 to 6 hours a day. To help supplement my body and keep me healthy I have been taking; His Health, Anti-Inflammatory, AminoHealth, and Krill Oil vitamins. I have felt a difference in my energy levels, recovery between training sessions, and overall health using these products.   This review is specifically for the Garcinia Gambogia Extract Veggie Caps. I purchased it to help with the prevention of weight gain during my training for an upcoming Half Ironman distance triathlon. After long workouts, I had the tendency to overeat, often resulting in unintentional weight gain. By taking this supplement 30 minutes before meals with a glass of water, I was able to feel satiated with a normal sized healthy meal. With the product, I have no adverse side effect like other fat burners. I feel healthy and alert, and most of all, happy.
