  We are in the middle of converting our loft into an office with Bill's help. He has been absolutely wonderful! The communication is great and he thinks of all the little details that we might not have thought of. The framer and electrician that he has recommended have just been spectacular....really nice guys that completed their work efficiently and in a very timely manner. I have no doubt the rest of this project will flow smoothly and be so much less stressful than if we had tried to do it all ourselves. We love that you can do as much or as little as you want! I would HIGHLY recommend Bill to anyone!

  Dave Williams with Owner Assist helped me do a remodel on my kitchen. He is knowledgeable and has a broad background in the industry. He was able to help me obtain good trade subs to complete all aspects of my remodel. Very importantly he has a level temperament (even when I was freaking out) and got me through the project with confidence and kindness.

  Excellent service. Can't say enough about Dave and his project and vendor management skills. Continually kept us informed of the status and next steps while patiently helping us navigate the construction process. Highly recommend this service for anyone wanting to own a part of the management experience to save money.

  Owner assist remodeling helped us design a layout that would allow us to re-purpose space and add a 4th bedroom to our home without feeling cramped for space. Bill was extremely thorough when scheduling our contractors and I feel he added a great value to the project. While I thought I could handle it after the scheduling was done I found that it was fantastic having someone in my corner making sure everything went smoothly. Bottom line. Bill is an expert at what he does. He makes you feel at ease while contractors are coming and going. Even when we experienced some issues he stepped right in and got it handled. Five stars for Bill and Owner Assist Remodeling and I look forward to working with you again for our kitchen.
