I wear a small, and rarely find Carhartt tops in my size at brick and mortar stores, but Intermountain had a good selection of button ups and t-shirts in my size. They also had a large stock of Carhartt pants in 30x32 which I also struggle to find outside of online stores. I didn't wander into the shoe section, but from what I saw it was pretty decent. Staff was friendly, but not overbearing, and it was a good experience overall. I can't imagine there being a better place to shop for workwear in the area.
